The PBXtra Call Recorder Service is a purpose built, dedicated on premise call recording solution that provides an affordable and simple way to record and retrieve critical business calls to meet any type of business requirements across the office or call centre.
Our PBXtra works with exisitng phone systems and can record all calls both inbound and outbound delivered on traditional PRI, ISDN and PSTN lines as well as VoIP SIP across different codecs to meet general and specific needs.
Compatible with your Phone System
The PBXtra Call Recorder operates independently and can be installed in 'gateway' mode, where the PBXtra sits directly between the existing phone system and the telephone carrier. Or in a 'passive' mode, where the PBXtra connects to the network switch and records calls over VoIP via port mirroring/spanning for SIP Trunks or extension side recording.

From 2 to 240 channels on PRI ISDN (digital)
From 2 to 8 channels on BRI ISDN2 (digital)
From 2 to 48 channels on PSTN (analogue) lines
From 1 to 300 channels on VoIP (SIP) using standard and enhanced voice codecs
Easy to Use Interface
A web based graphical user interface (GUI) allows users and manager to securely login, view, fliter and search specific call recordings across date/ time, inbound/ outbound calls, number dialed, called ID number, duration time of call and then simple download and listen to, save and share call recordings. Recording cab be easily retrieved in .wav file format which can be played in any media player e.g. Window Media Player and easily emailed.
With our call recording gateway you can choose to record only inbound calls, only outbound calls, or both. The choice is yours.
The standard hard drive in the call recording gateway is capable of storing over 260,000 hours.
Installation & Training Included
We provide full installation and training for our call recording systems. Installations typically take 2 - 4 hours and your phones will only be down for 5 - 10 minutes.
